A. General Insurance Requirements: Any person conducting commercial aeronautical activities upon the airpark, including airpark general aviation specialty services, shall at all times comply with the minimum insurance requirements for conducting such activities on the airport, as set forth in section 8-3-2 of this title.
B. Additional Insurance Required By City's Risk Management Director: In addition to the types and amounts of insurance required by section 8-3-2 of this title, operator shall at all times maintain such other insurance as the city's risk management director may reasonably determine to be necessary for such operator's activities.
