(A) It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the city to tamper with, alter or damage any part of the city waterworks or supply system including any meter inside or outside city limits.
(B) Any person damaging any part of the city waterworks, supply system or meter(s) whether through negligence or intentional acts shall be responsible to the city for the city’s costs of repair of said damages.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the city to turn on a water meter when the city has turned it off.
