(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 183.10 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(c) Whoever violates Section 183.06 or 183.08 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon conviction for a second or subsequent offenses shall, if a corporation, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or if an individual or member of a firm, partnership or association be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
