183.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

(a) The Finance Director may adopt uniform rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter governing the method of making returns and payments.

(b) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter which are not inconsistent herewith. (Ord. 106. Passed 5-14-57.)
