183.10 TAXING OF TEMPORARY OR TRANSITORY AMUSEMENTS.
   Whenever an admission charge is made by any theater, circus, carnival, show, exhibition, entertainment or amusement which is of a temporary or transitory nature or of which fact the Finance Director shall be the sole judge, the Finance Director may require the report and remittance of the admission tax either immediately upon the receipt of the admissions payment or at the conclusion of any performance or exhibition or at such times as such Finance Director may determine and failure to comply with any requirements of the Finance Director with respect to the report and remittance of tax as covered by this section shall be a violation of this chapter.
