The subdivider is encouraged to request a pre-application conference with the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of Community Services prior to submitting any plat for a subdivision. The purpose of the conference shall be to present plans and data concerning the proposed subdivision, to review applicable regulations and procedures, and to obtain other information which may be useful in preparing the required plats.
