1127.22 FEES FOR RENEWAL OF PREVIOUSLY EXISTING LICENSES.
   Master plumbers and journeymen plumbers who hold duly authorized licenses issued by the City, prior to the effective date of Ordinance 531, passed June 18, 1956, shall not be required to pay the initial fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) upon expiration of the licenses, but shall pay the renewal fee as stipulated in Sections 1127.08 and 1127.09.
   Plumbers' licenses which may have been revoked prior to June 18, 1956, and are reinstated after June 18, 1956, shall be renewed at a fee not to exceed fifty percent of the initial fee required, nor less than the otherwise required renewal fee. Renewal fees to be charged for revoked licenses shall be at the discretion of the Housing Renewal Commission. Licenses revoked after the effective date of Ordinance 531, passed June 18, 1956, shall, upon reinstatement, be assessed a penalty of fifty percent over and above the required renewal fee.
