731.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each and every day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the City is authorized to revoke the license held by any person who shall have been convicted for a violation of this chapter.
