§ 153.282 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   In a GB District, the following uses shall be classed as conditionally permitted uses and may be permitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, subject to the general conditions as set forth in §§ 153.520 through 153.586, and the following specific conditions:
   (A)   Service stations.
   (B)   Automobile repair garages.
   (C)   Automobile automatic wash stations.
   (D)   Veterinary hospital or kennels.
   (E)   Funeral home.
   (F)   Child day-care center/Type A family day-care home (see § 153.117).
   (G)   Two-family dwelling.
   (H)   Multiple-family dwelling (see §§ 153.168 through 153.183).
