§ 153.117 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.

In an R-3 District the following uses shall be classed as conditionally permitted uses and may be permitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, subject to conditions imposed by the Zoning Board of Appeals:

(A) Churches.

(B) Cemetery.

(D) Nursery.

(E) Cluster subdivision (single-family).

(F) Parks and playgrounds.

(G) Two-family dwelling (up and down; side by side) in dwellings existing at time of passage of this chapter (see §§ 153.165 through 153.183).

(H) Bed and breakfast inns (see § 153.067).

(I) Group dwelling development.

(J) Child day-care center/Type A family day-care home.

(K) Funeral home.
