§ 151.60 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Village of Oak Harbor Zoning Appeals Board is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in Office of the Fiscal Officer of the Village of Oak Harbor at 146 Church Street, Oak Harbor, Ohio.
