§ 113.07 GENERAL REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No owner shall permit the consumption of intoxicants or alcoholic beverages by any person on the premises unless the owner holds a proper permit from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control.
   (B)   The owner of any business displaying mechanical or electrical amusement devices shall, during hours of operation, provide adult management (over the age of 18 years).
   (C)   It shall be the duty of the owner to prominently display in his or her place of business the curfew laws of the village, set forth in § 132.13. It shall further be the duty of the owner to ascertain if his or her patrons are violating such curfew laws, and if so, to eject them from the establishment.
