(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to remain in or upon any of the streets, alleys or public places of the village, or in or upon any vehicle or bicycle, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, or between 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Friday or Saturday.
(B) The provisions of this section does not apply to a minor who is:
(1) Accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
(2) Accompanied by an adult specified by a parent, guardian, or custodian;
(3) Carrying out an errand or other lawful activity as directed by a parent, guardian, or custodian; or
(4) Participating in, going to, or returning from: lawful employment; a lawful athletic, educational, entertainment, religious, or social event; or interstate travel.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person, parent, guardian or other person have legal care or custody of any person under the age of 18 years to allow or permit such person under age on the streets or public places in the village within the time prohibited unless there exists a reasonable necessity therefor.
(D) Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined up to $50.
