§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more $100. Each and every day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the such penalty, the Mayor is authorized to revoke the license or licenses held by any person who shall have been convicted for a violation of this chapter.
