(A) Each license tag shall have displayed on it the registration number of the bicycle to which it is issued and the name of the village.
(B) Upon the issuance of a license, the licensee shall fix to the bicycle a proper tag to be furnished by the village which he or she shall cause to be firmly attached in such a position as to be plainly visible from the rear. The removal of any such tag by any person except by proper legal authority upon the transfer of ownership shall be a violation of this section.
