Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty has been provided shall, upon conviction, be fined an amount not to exceed $50 or, in the alternative, the court may prohibit such person from riding a bicycle for a period not to exceed six months, and may order such person's license and license tag confiscated.
