(A) All extensions of the utility's water mains including the connection of new consumers to the utility's water system shall be in accordance with and conform to the utility's separate line extension policy as set forth in §§ 53.030 et seq. See also § 53.003, Application for Service Outside Corporate Limits.
(B) The size, specifications and installations of all water main extensions shall be determined by the utility and no connections will be made by the utility unless the extension conforms to the utility's specifications.
(C) If the utility also has electric service available, the utility reserves the right to refuse water service to any applicant who will not agree in writing that the utility will also supply all of his or her electric energy requirements.
