(A) The Final Draft Plan of the Solid Waste Management Plan is hereby approved in the form presented to the Legislative Authority and on file with the Clerk of the Legislative Authority, and such plan is hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.

(B) The Final Draft First Triennial Amendment to the Solid Waste Management Plan of the Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca Joint Solid Waste Management District is hereby approved in the form submitted to the Legislative Authority and on file with the Clerk of the Legislative Authority, and such First Triennial Amendment is hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.
