§ 31.145 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any food dealer to engage in or do business in the city without first having secured a license.
   (B)   Applications for the licenses shall be made in compliance with the general provisions of this code relating thereto and shall state the kind of food intended to be sold or handled.
   (C)   Applications shall be made in writing to the City Clerk’s Office.
