§ 112.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.13 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

      (2)   The penalty provided for herein shall be in addition to any fee, deposit, charge, surcharge, interest, insurance or bond requirement or equitable remedy, including, but not limited, to injunctive relief, that may be assessed or imposed under authority of any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.13 or any other provision of these codified ordinances.
