§ 95.51 DISPOSITION OF DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS DEEMED NUISANCES.
   Any dog or other animal which, in any manner, continually disturbs the quiet of any person or neighborhood, or destroys or injures any animal, plant, shrub or other property that is not on the premises of its owner or keeper, is declared to be a nuisance, and the dog or other animal shall be taken up and impounded and may be redeemed or disposed of in the manner provided for in §§ 95.28 through 95.30 above.
