BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF POLICE PENSION FUND
§ 32.160 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is established in and for the city a Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund.

§ 32.161 COMPOSITION.
   The Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund shall consist of five members, two of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor, two of whom shall be elected from the regular Police Department and one of whom shall be a beneficiary under the Police Pension Fund Act, as established by statute.

§ 32.162 TERMS OF OFFICE.
   (A)   Of the two members of the Board of Trustees of the police pension fund appointed by the Mayor, one shall serve for one year beginning May 14, 1963, and the other shall serve for two years beginning May 14, 1963. The successors to the trustees shall serve for two years each or until such time as their successors are appointed and qualified.
   (B)   (1)   The third and fourth members of the Board shall be elected from the regular Police Department by the active members thereof as provided by statute.
      (2)   The fifth member shall be elected from the beneficiaries under the Police Pension Fund Act.
   (C)   Of these three members, all shall serve for two years beginning on May 14, 1963, and all shall be elected as provided by statute.

§ 32.163 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board of Trustees of the police pension fund shall exercise and have all the powers and duties delegated to it by statute.

BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS
§ 32.175 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   There is established in and for the city a Board of Local Improvements, which shall consist of the Mayor and seven members of Council.
   (B)   Those members shall be appointed by the Mayor.
