§ 152.56 PAVED SURFACE STORMWATER STORAGE AREAS.
   (A)   A paved surface that is to serve as a stormwater storage area shall have a minimum grade of one percent and shall be restricted to a maximum storage depth of one foot. Release rates and storage volume requirements for paved storage areas shall be as set forth in §§ 152.52 and 152.53 above.
   (B)   If a portion of an area within a stormwater storage area is to be paved for parking or recreational purposes, the paved surface shall be placed at the highest elevation within the area as possible.
   (C)   Maximum parking lot grades shall not exceed normal design parameters of three to five percent.
