§ 152.52 CONTROLLED RELEASE RATE.

The controlled release rate of stormwater runoff from a development shall not exceed the existing runoff from the area in its undeveloped and unimproved state. The release rate shall be calculated from a storm of three-year frequency with a runoff rate coefficient of 0.15 of an inch.
