§ 151.216 TIME LIMITS FOR REMOVAL OF DEBRIS.
   (A)   The owner shall make every effort to remove debris from time to time during the term of the project. Upon completion or abandonment of the project, the owner shall remove all debris from the city property adjacent to the construction premises within five days thereof. For purposes of this chapter, PROJECT means each main building, and its accessory building, if any, if the owner or contractor is engaged in constructing more than one main building or accessory building.
   (B)   Subject to § 151.218, no person shall permit, allow or suffer debris to be accumulated on any city property adjacent to construction premises upon which new construction is or has been erected for one year from the date the permit was issued, or on any city property adjacent to construction premises upon which existing buildings or accessory buildings are or have been remodeled or repaired for one and one-half years from the date the permit was issued.
