At the hearing provided for in § 151.217, the Director of Public Works shall take evidence concerning the nature and extent of the debris remaining and the reasons why the owner cannot remove the same forthwith. If the Director finds that there is good cause to extend the time for removal of the debris, he or she may enter a written order in the record of the proceedings extending the time. In no event may the time be extended for longer than 30 days.
