§135.32 WEARING A FACE COVERING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   City is in Phase 1 through 4, inclusive, of the Restore Illinois Plan, as determined by the Governor of the State of Illinois and except as exempted in § 135.34, it shall be unlawful for any person to be present in the city in an public indoor place or in a public outdoor space where maintaining a six-foot social distance from other persons is not always possible unless the person is wearing a face covering which covers their nose and mouth and that is designed and made to mitigate, filter, or restrict the transmission of the person's breath when exhaling from the person's nose and mouth.
