The Plan Commission of the Village, which has been duly established with functions as prescribed by the Illinois Compiled Statutes, shall have the following duties under this Title:
A. Receive from the Village Clerk copies of applications for proposed amendments and thereafter may submit its recommendations thereon to the Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of Trustees.
B. Receive from the Director of Community Development copies of applications for proposed special uses and thereafter submit its recommendations thereon to the Director and Board of Trustees.
C. Act on all other matters which are referred to it as required by the provisions of this Title.
D. Review, from time to time, the provisions of this Title and to make reports of its recommendations with respect to proposed amendments to the Board of Trustees. (Ord. G-60, 3-22-1966)
