A. Appointment: The Village President shall appoint eleven (11) persons to serve as members of the committee, subject to the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The committee shall consist of seven (7) persons who operate or manage a hotel or motel within the corporate limits of the Village or their designee, one representative of Oakbrook Center, two (2) residents-at-large of the Village, and the Director of the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce.
