2-1-1: COMMISSION ESTABLISHED:

There is hereby established a Planning and Zoning Commission for the Village which shall also serve as the Zoning Board of Appeals. For purposes of clarification and the avoidance of doubt, any reference within the Village Code to a Plan Commission, a Zoning Board of Appeals, or a Planned Development Commission shall hereinafter mean and refer to the Planning and Zoning Commission as detailed in this Chapter 1 of Title 2 of the Village Code of Ordinances.
