12-3-6: OPERATION OF TENNIS COURTS:
   A.   The outdoor tennis courts may be utilized by Bath and Tennis Club members with the appropriate membership.
   B.   The outdoor tennis courts will be supervised by a tennis professional and staff (weather permitting). The nets will be up and the courts will be open on a first-come, first-served basis (weather permitting). The outdoor courts will be open as weather permits seven (7) days per week from dawn until dusk.
   C.   The Oak Brook Bath and Tennis Club's tennis courts operating rules and regulations are as follows:
      1.   Courts may be taken out of service due to moisture or dryness or any other reason at the discretion of the Village Manager or designee.
      2.   Club-sponsored activities have priority for the use of the courts over general play. Activities are controlled by the Village Manager or designee and are posted in advance.
      3.   Play is limited to one hour when people are waiting for a court.
      4.   Tennis attire and tennis shoes must be worn at all times at the tennis courts. No running shoes, cutoff shorts or swim suits are allowed. Swimmers are required to wear a cover-up when visiting the tennis courts. Only soft court shoes are acceptable on Har-Tru clay courts.
      5.   Children under the age of eleven (11) must be accompanied by someone age fourteen (14) or older at all times, except for when participating in organized programs or lessons.
      6.   All bicycles shall be stored in the bicycle rack. Motorcycles must be parked in the parking lot.
      7.   Quiet is requested so that players can concentrate on their games. Absolutely no horseplay will be tolerated at the courts.
      8.   All trash shall be deposited in trash containers.
      9.   Members will be charged a fee for participation in any drills or competitions.
      10.   Food, beverages or other amenities which are part of a tennis activity will require an additional fee.
      11.   All adults representing an Oak Brook Bath and Tennis competitive team, in-house league, Ladies' or Men's Interclub or USTA must have an unlimited tennis membership. (Ord. G-1144, 1-22-2019; Ord. G-1184, 4-13-2021; Ord. G-1205, 1-25-2022; Ord. G-1231, 2-14-2023)
