11-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
SENIOR CITIZEN: Any person sixty (60) years of age or older.
STUDENT: Any person eighteen (18) years of age or under who is enrolled as a student in preschool through twelfth grade. (Ord. G-565, 12-12-1995; Ord. G-583, 2-25-1997)
