Pursuant to 75 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40/1 et seq., there is hereby created the Oak Brook free public library. The operations of the Oak Brook free public library shall be governed by the general policy adopted by the village board, as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. S-225, 5-25-1971; Ord. G-539, 8-9-1994; Ord. G-565, 12-12-1995)
