No work may begin on a site in those areas under the jurisdiction of any other stormwater authority until the authority's permits or approvals have been obtained. Failure to obtain a permit from other required stormwater related jurisdictions will invalidate an issued stormwater management certification. When the development qualifies for and meets the special conditions of an IDNR-OWR general, regional or statewide permit, then no special approval correspondence from IDNR-OWR will be required. (Ord.
