Calculations for the design of stormwater facilities, determination of the regulatory floodplain, or calculations of the impact of the development shall be prepared, signed and sealed by a professional engineer, or professional land surveyor when they are legally entitled to sign. Structures which are subject to a differential water pressure head of greater than three feet (3') shall be designed under the supervision of a licensed structural engineer, who shall sign and seal the design plans and calculations.
