9-2-6: OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE:
   A.   An oversight committee shall be established to oversee the implementation and enforcement of this title within the village.
   B.   The oversight committee shall consist of seven (7) members appointed by the village president with the advice and consent of the village board of trustees.
   C.   The oversight committee, when considering appeals or variances, may request an opinion from the director or the MEG. (Ord. G-976, 7-24-2012)
