9-1-6: VILLAGE ENFORCEMENT; AUTHORITY:
Pursuant to the authority established in 55 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/5-1062, the provisions of this title, either in part or as a whole, shall not be enforced by the county after a finding of the committee that the village has duly adopted the provisions of the county ordinance.
