8-4-4: DAMAGE, ATTACHMENT TO TREES:
   A.   Damaging Public Trees: It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, cut down, damage, or injure any tree in any public right of way.
   B.   Attachments To Trees: It shall be unlawful for any person to attach any material, wire, insulator or any wire appurtenance to any tree within public right of way. (Ord. G-637, 7-13-1999)
