A. These regulations applicable to motor driven cycles shall apply whenever a motor driven cycle is upon any street or highway.
B. No person shall exercise any degree of physical control of a motor driven cycle on any street or highway within the corporate limits of this village, unless such person has a valid driver's license issued under the provisions of the state of Illinois driver's license act.
C. It is unlawful for any person to drive a motor driven cycle upon private property without the written consent of the owner or lessee thereof.
D. The parent of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this section. (Ord. G-642, 8-24-1999)
