In order to facilitate police protection, street cleaning, leaf and snow removal, it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park said vehicle, or for the owner of said vehicle to permit said vehicle to be parked, on any street in the Village, between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except for emergency vehicles.
