The provisions of this title relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon highways except:
A. Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section.
B. The provisions of sections 7-1-913 and 7-1-1004 of this chapter shall apply upon highways and elsewhere throughout the village. (Ord. G-642, 8-24-1999)
