1-6-1: BUDGET LAW ADOPTED:
The Village adopts the Municipal Budget Act 1 , providing for an annual municipal budget in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance, in accordance with the provisions contained in this Chapter. (Ord. G-3, 8-12-1958; Ord. G-500, 1-26-1993; Ord. G-540, 8-9-1994)
