5-6-0: TITLE AND SCOPE:
   A.   Title: This chapter shall be known as, and may be cited as, the LOCALLY IMPOSED AND ADMINISTERED TAX RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY ORDINANCE.
   B.   Scope: The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the village's procedures in connection with all of the village's locally imposed and administered taxes. (Ord. G-668, 1-9-2001)
