3-1-8: POLICE PENSION FUND:
   A.   Creation: There is hereby created a police pension fund pursuant to Illinois Compiled Statutes 1 .
   B.   Board Of Trustees: There is hereby created a board of trustees of the police pension fund, which shall perform all the duties and obligations as set forth in the state law. (Ord. S-108, 6-28-1966; Ord. G-468, 6-11-1991)
