No person shall be employed in a cardroom as a cardroom employee nor shall any person supervise a cardroom as required by section 3-1-7 of this chapter, if that person would be denied a license under section 3-1-6 of this chapter. It shall be the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that cardroom employees and supervisors are so qualified. Failure to do so is a violation of the license. (Ord. 605-04, 6-8-2004)
