3-1-7: RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPERVISION:
A licensee shall assign a person to each cardroom to supervise the games and ensure that they are played strictly in accordance with this chapter and provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes. (Ord. 605-04, 6-8-2004)
