   EDITOR’S NOTE: The Personnel Policy Manual, a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 2011-001 as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted as the Personnel Policy Manual of the City of Norwalk, Ohio, replacing all previous versions of the Personnel Policy Manual, effective beginning on the effective date of Ordinance 2011-001.
