159.06 PARK FUND.
   (a)   All moneys received by the City of Norwalk from taxation or otherwise for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, and maintaining parks, park entrances, parkways, boulevards, and connecting viaducts and subways, children’s playgrounds, public baths, and stations of public comfort located in such parks shall be deposited in the City Treasury and transferred by warrant of the Finance Director to the credit of a fund to be designated as the Park Fund.
 
   (b)   The expenditure of all Park Fund monies shall be governed by Section 159.09.
 
   (c)   The letting of contracts expending any Park Fund monies shall be governed by Section 159.07. (Ord. 94-32. Passed 4-19-94.)
