159.07 CONTRACTS.

(a) The Board of Park Commissioners or its designee, shall have the authority to make recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Norwalk, pertaining to the appointment, promotion, demotion, suspension, compensation, removal, powers, duties or responsibilities of any person employed in the Park and Recreation Department.

(b) All contracts pertaining to all functions and operations of the Park and Recreation Department shall be let by the Director of Public Service and Safety in accordance with the laws governing such. (Ord. 94-33. Passed 4-19-94.)
