SECTION 4.04. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES.

After the hearing, or if the requirement of waiting period and hearing has been suspended in accordance with Section 4.03 of this Charter, Council shall vote by roll call on whether the ordinance shall be adopted or rejected. The affirmative vote of four (4) members of Council shall be necessary to adopt an ordinance, except as a larger number may be required by this Charter. Final passage shall be attested by the signatures of the President of Council and the Clerk of Council.
